Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Trak ("Trak", "we", "us") governing your use of the Trak app and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using Trak, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

2. Subscriptions & billing

Trak offers auto-renewable subscriptions (e.g. Trak Pro, Trak Elite) and creator community memberships.
Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period at the same price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store / Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.

3. Creator communities

Creators may offer paid communities. Trak facilitates these memberships and retains a platform fee; creators are responsible for the content and value they provide to their members.

4. Acceptable use & user content

You retain ownership of content you post but grant Trak a license to host and display it to operate the Service. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable, and not to abuse, threaten, or impersonate others.

Trak has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You can report content or block users from communities, live sessions, and direct messages. We review reports and may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, typically within 24 hours of a report.

5. Health disclaimer

Trak provides wellness and fitness tracking and gamification for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional care. Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Trak and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Termination

You may stop using Trak and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trak is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date.
