Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Trak mobile application and website operated by Trak Wellness Inc. ("Trak", "we", "us"). By using Trak, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Trak. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

3. Communities & Content

Trak allows creators to build and manage wellness communities. As a member, you agree to:

Respect other community members
Not post harmful, abusive, or illegal content
Not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
Not use the platform for spam or commercial solicitation outside of creator tools

We reserve the right to remove content or accounts that violate these guidelines.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Some communities require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings.

Prices are set by community creators
Creators receive 70% of revenue after store fees
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their policies

5. Health & Fitness

Trak provides wellness tracking tools, not medical advice. Challenges, streaks, and food logging are for motivational purposes. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any fitness program. We are not responsible for health outcomes.

6. Intellectual Property

The Trak platform, design, and branding are owned by Trak Wellness Inc. Content you create (posts, comments) remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it within the platform.

7. Rewards

Trak Coins are earned through XP and can be redeemed for rewards from brand partners. Coins have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We reserve the right to modify the rewards program at any time.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time, which will permanently remove all your data.

9. Limitation of Liability

Trak is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Trak after changes constitutes acceptance.
