Delete Your Data

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. Here's how:
Option 1: Delete via the App
Step 1
Open the Trak app and go to your Profile tab.
Step 2
Tap Settings (gear icon).
Step 3
Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
Step 4
Confirm deletion. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 2: Request via Email
Send an email to team@jointrak.io with the subject "Delete My Account" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 48 hours.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, email, avatar, bio)
- Health and fitness data (steps, streaks, XP)
- Challenge progress and achievements
- Food logs and photos
- Community posts, comments, and likes
- Community memberships
- Subscription records
- Notification preferences and device tokens
- Your Clerk authentication account
What Is Not Deleted
- Active subscriptions: Cancel your subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play before deleting your account to stop future charges.
- Anonymized analytics: Aggregated, non-identifiable usage data may be retained for service improvement.
